My skills and knowledge are diverse. I have the experience of working with computers and technology for over 9 years. I have seen transitions and developments in desktop and mobile computer technology from the early Intel 186 PC to multi core cpu's that have virtual machine capability. I have used in depth all of the common Operating Systems, Windows, Linux and Mac.

I am constantly learning and updating my knowledge, so that I can resolve all faults with hardware and software. I have valuable customer service and relation skills which I learned from my previous positions. This helps me to deliver my service with care to ensure customer satisfaction. I am also A+ certified from CompTIA and I have St John's Ambulance First Aid at Work Certification as well as Manual Handling (Health and Safety).

Outside of work I enjoy good music, good food, reading and studying. I love fresh air, walks and cycling. I am calm, confident, outgoing and friendly.
